Hi Nikki, I was desperate to know if things get better too. I am 11 weeks now and, yes, it does get better. I was waking several times a night. I think the knee gets stiff in one position then it wakes you. I started sleeping better about a month ago. I get very little pain in bed now, just stiffness and an ache sometimes. Although not back to normal, I'm driving, going out shopping and doing things around the house. I think it's the exercises that are strengthening the knee so it's really worth keeping up with them. I was expecting to gradually feel better and better but it doesn't seem to work like that so be prepared for days when you feel like you're going backwards. Also, tiredness is a problem for weeks. In fact I still get tired after doing very basic things. The knee seems to take over your whole life so concentrating on anything else is very hard. I hope it's reassuring to know others went and are going through similar things to you and hope you get a better rest tonight. Jen x
What year are all of the books you are selling. I've already emailed them a formal request for an equivalent psychometric review of our testing session . Thank you so much for getting back to me. I did a little more digging into what an orthopedic physician assistant was and was surprised to see it was distinct from physician assistants that specialize in orthopedics. They had to do something like a weekend of drill per month. Interesting. Has anyone transferred to a 4 year and then taken Orgo. You may want to consider seeing a medical professional and being checked for depression.
I’ve been eating this way for about 3 weeks now and I’ve already lost almost 7 pounds. I chose to change the way I eat to a ketogenic diet because despite running, my previous diet of fruit and veg, some protein and complex carbs wasn’t helping me shift weight. I was actually the heaviest I’ve ever been! Then I read Keto-Adapted, and I now know why I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. I no longer crave sugar and feel guilty about the food choices I’m making. It’s like my body knows that a ketogenic diet is the way to go 🙂
